Where do I pick up my keys?

There is an electronic key safe in the concierge office. If you are facing the front door, then walk to your right through the car park. The concierge office is next to the glass exterior staircase and has a sign on it saying ‘Concierge’. The key safe is on the wall in the concierge with a sign over it saying, ‘Apartment keys located here’.

I have not received my confirmation email/access codes?

Once the security deposit is paid, you will receive your confirmation email. You would have received a payment link for this via the email address provided; please also check your junk folder.

Is there parking at the hotel?

We have 13 on-site parking spaces offered on a first-come, first-served basis. I advise arriving as close to check-in at 3 pm as possible to ensure you get a space. When you make the booking, please provide the team with your car registration. Would you like to make a booking?

Can I check in early or leave late?

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am. Early/late check-in/out is available at £10 per hour, subject to availability. Please ring directly if you require this for your stay.

What is the security deposit?

Each booking will also need to pay a £96 refundable security deposit. This is then refunded after housekeeping has checked the rooms. Guests cannot stay unless this is paid.

Unexpected events can disrupt even the best-laid travel plans. Add a refundable booking insurance upgrade to your stay at Number 82 and enjoy peace of mind. If your circumstances change and you’re unable to travel, you’re covered. Simply select the upgrade during booking.

It was perfect!! Ground floor twin room on a Saturday for £80; easy check-in instructions; parking; Tesco and pub right next door; easy and safe walk to the city; an absolute dream rain shower; the full kitchen made me wish we were staying longer! But I really recommend reversing out of the parking lot instead of trying to turn around.

We visited on our wedding night and would definitely recommend it for anyone who needs somewhere to stay in Norwich. They had balloons on the bed with a lovely card congratulating us on our marriage. Lovely room; the riverside suite was amazing!
